Video Episode 2 – Front Yard Flood

Heavy rain and snow caused major flooding in Washington State. Flood waters filled many of the local creeks and rivers. Woodinville, which is south of me, had major streets flooded out. I spent the day at home since my bridge in my driveway washed out.
Governor Gregoire declared a State Of Emergency, which is good, because it may mean that I can get some assistance with the damage that occured.

Oh, man, you’ve just had a terrible, terrible year. I really hope things get better for you and your wife. You’re due for some good luck.

Agreed, you’ve had a pretty crappy year. Please keep the podcasts up, though, yours is my favorite podcast.

I got laid off just recently and the high point of my recent couple of weeks was seeing your latest video podcast appear in my podcatcher … although I’m primarily a lurker in these things I like the sense of community I get from ProgressiveGeek. My ever-changing co-techworkers don’t have the same sense of socioeconomic urgency I feel I share with this virtual community.

I also agree that you’re due for some good luck. Please keep us apprised of what’s going on on your side of the continent.
